Chat Story'de hesap yoktur, bu yüzden silinecek bir hesap da yoktur.
Uygulamanın sunucuya gönderdiği tek şey, kurulumunuza atanmış rastgele bir kimliğe
(distinct_id) bağlı anonim kullanım olaylarıdır. Aşağıdaki adımlarla
bu verilerin silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz.

satırına dokunun; kimliğiniz (ör. cs_ab12cd34…) panoya kopyalanır.

adresine “Veri silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin.
Talebinizi aldığımızda verileri en geç 30 gün içinde siler ve
aynı e-postadan size bildiririz.
Uygulamayı telefonunuzdan zaten sildiyseniz kurulum kimliğiniz de silinmiştir.
Bu kimlik olmadan verinizi bulamayız, çünkü sizi tanımlayacak başka hiçbir bilgi
(ad-soyad, e-posta, telefon, konum) tutmuyoruz.
Silinen veriler
Kurulum kimliğinize bağlı tüm kullanım olayları: hangi bölümü
başlattığınız/tamamladığınız, yaptığınız hikâye seçimleri, açtığınız ekranlar.
Girdiyseniz görünen adınız (user_name).
Olaylara bağlı temel cihaz bilgisi: platform, cihaz dili, uygulama/içerik sürümü.
IP adresinden türetilen yaklaşık konum: ülke, şehir, bölge,
posta kodu, saat dilimi ve şehir merkezinin koordinatları.
Kurulum kimliğinin kendisi (distinct_id).
Silinmeyenler: cihazınızda kalanlar
Bölüm ilerlemeniz, seçimleriniz ve girdiğiniz ad yalnızca kendi
telefonunuzda saklanır; sunucuda kopyası yoktur. Bunları uygulamayı
kaldırarak ya da Profil → “Bölüm ilerlemesini sıfırla” ile
kendiniz silersiniz.
Ödeme, kişiler, fotoğraf, mikrofon veya kamera verisi ile GPS/hassas konum hiç toplanmaz,
dolayısıyla saklanan böyle bir veri de yoktur.
Saklama süresi
Kullanım olayları en fazla 24 ay saklanır, sonrasında otomatik silinir.
Silme talebiniz üzerine: 30 gün içinde silinir.
Silme sonrası yedeklerde kalan kopyalar olağan yedek döngüsünde
(en fazla 30 gün) tasfiye edilir.

Chat Story has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. The only
thing the app sends to a server is anonymous usage events tied to a random
identifier assigned to your install (distinct_id). You can request
deletion of that data with the steps below.
How to request deletion: 3 steps
Open the Profil (Profile) tab in the app and tap the
kullanıcı id (user id) line; your identifier
(e.g. cs_ab12cd34…) is copied to the clipboard.
Email that identifier to chatstorydev@gmail.com
with the subject “Data deletion request”.
We delete the data within 30 days of receiving your request and
confirm by replying to the same email.
If you have already uninstalled the app, your install identifier is gone with it.
Without that identifier we cannot locate your data, because we hold nothing else
that could identify you (no name, email, phone or location).
Data that is deleted
All usage events tied to your install identifier: which episode you
started or completed, the story choices you made, which screens you opened.
Your display name (user_name), if you entered one.
Basic device information attached to those events: platform, device language,
app/content version.
The approximate location derived from your IP address: country,
city, region, postal code, time zone and the coordinates of the city centre.
The install identifier itself (distinct_id).
Data that is kept: on your device only
Your episode progress, choices and the name you entered are stored
only on your phone; there is no server-side copy. You remove them by
uninstalling the app or via Profil → “Bölüm ilerlemesini sıfırla”
(reset episode progress).
No payment, contacts, photo, microphone or camera data, and no precise/GPS location, is collected at
all, so none is retained.
Retention
Usage events are retained for at most 24 months, then deleted automatically.
On your deletion request: removed within 30 days.
Copies remaining in backups are purged with the normal backup cycle
(at most 30 days).
